SMP2011 es la nueva versión del programa SMP.  Todas las oficinas locales deben actualizarse a SMP2011 para el 31 de agosto.  Véase la sección Lo Básico en el Sistema de Ayuda.  Envíe una Solicitud para Soporte Técnico para cualquier asesoría.

Nueva Solicitud para Soporte Técnico (SST).  Usuarios que tienen dificultades con SMP deben enviar una SST.  Esta información le ayudará a los técnicos a solucionar problemas.
