CÓMO SE HACE

1. Como actualizar SMP a la versión actual (actualizando una instalación previa).

  • Descargar el archivo zip que contiene la última versión.
  • Abrir el archivo zip con el programa WinZip.
  • Extraer (Extract) el archivo smp.mdb a la ubicación c:\lacc o la ubicación de la red.

  • Abrir SMP.  Si el archivo de datos smpdata.mdb está en una ubicación diferente de c:\lacc, SMP le abrirá la ventana para ubicar smpdata.mdb.

2. Como instalar SMP por la primera vez (nueva instalación).

  • Descargar y correr SMP2007C2.exe.  Si el archivo de datos smpdata.mdb no está ubicado en c:\lacc, SMP le abrirá una ventana rosada para ubicarlo.  Si el smpdata.mdb está ubicado en una red, navigar a esa ubicación.  Si no, copiar el archivo a c:\lacc y navegar a esa ubicación.
  • Instalar WinZip 10 Profesional.  Navegar a y correr el archivo c:\lacc\files\winzip100.msi.  Aceptar las configuraciones del programa de instalación.

  • Instalar WinZip Command Line.  Navegar a y correr el archivo c:\lacc\files\wzcline20.zip.  Aceptar las configuraciones del programa de instalación.

3. Como tomar fotos de niños para historiales.

4. Como configurar y usar mi cuenta de correo electrónico de laccoffice.org.

  • Es necesario configurar la cuenta de correo electrónico de laccoffice.org para su país en un programa de correo electrónico como Outlook para que SMP funcione adecuadamente.
  • Por favor véase Cómo configurar Outlook para instrucciones en la configuración de su cuenta laccoffice.org en Outlook.  Nótese: El procedimiento variará entre las versiones de Outlook 2003, 2007 y 2010.  Sin embargo, la configuración es igual.
  • Puede acceder su cuenta de correo electrónico de laccoffice.org a través de "webmail": www.mail.laccoffice.org.

1. How to update SMP to the latest version (updating previously installed).

  • Download the zip file that contains the latest version.
  • Open the zip file with WinZip.
  • Extract file smp.mdb to c:\lacc or your network location.
  • Open SMP.  If you data file smpdata.mdb is located in a a location other than c:\lacc, SMP will ask you for the location of the smpdata.mdb file.

2. How to install SMP for the first time (fresh install).

  • Download and run SMP2007C2.exe.  If the data file (smpdata.mdb) is not located in c:\lacc SMP will open a pink box.  If your data file is in a network location browse to that location.  If not, copy your data file to c:\lacc and browse to this location.
  • Install WinZip 10 Professional.  Browse to and run file c:\lacc\files\winzip100.msi.  Accept all default configurations.
  • Install WinZip Command Line.  Browse to and run file c:\lacc\files\wzcline20.exe.  Accept all default configurations.

  • Your country email account must be properly configured in an email client like Outlook in order for SMP to function properly.
  • Please see How to Configure Outlook for instructions on configuring your laccoffice.org email address in Outlook.  Note: the procedure varies slightly between Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010, but the configuration is the same.

  • You may access your laccoffice.org email account using the webmail interface:  www.mail.laccoffice.org.
